7.3kW Enphase Domestic Solar Installation – Cheltenham

Overview

This customer has a new property with an Air Source Heat Pump. Due to this high energy demand, this needed as many panels on the roof as was practical to fit. Having lots of different roof orientation means that normal inverter systems will struggle, as they can’t optimise the panels correctly as most only allow 2 banks of panels.

With Enphase, each panel is individually optimised, meaning maximum production even with multiple orientations, or with shaded buildings. This was coupled together with a 5kW Enphase battery ,with room in the future to add more battery storage.
