This was an installation in Gloucester. The customer works from home, and also owns an electric car. This makes them ideal for a solar panel installation. They wished to cut their bills, and also were interested in the idea of having a renewable energy source for their vehicle.
10 360w panels were installed for a total peak output of 3600W. The matt black panels give a much better visual appeal, and as these panels are mounted on the front of the house (which was south facing), the aesthetics were important.
This was combined with a Solis inverter, which gives great reliability and can also be monitored remotely with wifi. The install allows for batteries to be retrofitted if the customer wishes to do so at a later date.
