*Scaffolding & Access Costs:-We have not included scaffolding prices as they can vary quite a lot by the property type and location. As a ballpark, to scaffold one elevation of a 2 storey house varies between £1000-2000, depending on the roof, site access, and building layout. For larger commercial jobs, there is also some additional equipment that may be needed for access purposes, and the quantity of panels being installed.
