Solar PV Installations in the UK are usually grid tied. This means all the equipment is connected to your property, which is then connected to the local grid. However we also can offer an off-grid product, using specialist products which are designed to work without a grid connection. This equipment is designed to be robust, and operate under tough conditions, giving you confidence that the power is always there when you need it.

Off-Grid Advantages

In other areas sometimes a grid connection is unstable, so having your own power production can give you more energy security.

Without a grid connection, you are also not limited under G98 and G99 regulations, which means in some cases you can install much larger systems than would be possible under DNO requirements.

We do not offer a supply only product. All of our systems are fully designed and installed by our in-house team to suit your needs. With Offgrid this is critical – as poor solar PV or battery capacity planning could you leave you short when you need it most.

We will take a survey of the property and proposed panel locations, along with your usage figures. This allows us to accurately model the battery storage and consumption over time, enabling us to size the perfect size system for you. Our systems are modular – allowing greater capacity or upgrades at a later date if required.
